Wellness in a Box is the perfect solution for:

    • Smaller employers seeking to be benefits competitive with larger companies;
    • Businesses with an in-house, volunteer Wellness Committee; and,
    • Any firm desiring to implement or update corporate wellness initiatives and prefer outsourcing the work!

This is not a Do-It-Yourself wellness program!

or you can save with Wellness in a Box!

You will receive…

  • An employee Needs Analysis Survey we conduct to determine their needs, wants, and interests and complete report.
    • This isn’t some rinky-dink “Hey, what would you like to do?” questionnaire.  We delve into outside of work interests and blend this information with the healthy living services they either enjoy doing or wish to learn more about.  Our method means we’re delivering wellness education programs they actually want to show up for!
    • A la carte pricing: $1,100… it’s included in Wellness in a Box!
  • Inaugural and monthly employee communications.
  • Coordinated monthly wellness education speakers for an entire year with evaluation forms and post-event analysis.
    • A la carte pricing starts at $250 per class… it’s included in Wellness in a Box!
  • A coordinated annual Health Fair for employees, their families, and/or clients!  You supply food, drinks & location; we’ll do the rest!
    • A la carte pricing starts at $50 per attendee… it’s included in Wellness in a Box!
Employees will receive…
  • One Healthy Living Savings Card packed with discounts on wellness products, services, and events.  This card never expires, can be used multiple times per month, and shared with family.
    • A la carte pricing is $49.50 per person; it’s included in Wellness in a Box!
  • Monthly group wellness education either in person or via webinar with topics tailored to their needs, wants and interests.
  • An annual Health Fair for themselves and family.

PRE-LAUNCH CHECKLIST

  • Initial consultation between company and You Define Wellness to determine goals for the year, expectations, timeline and employee launch.
    • Questions for the Employee Needs Analysis Survey will be discussed… the survey is a critical component of overall success of your program.
  • You Define Wellness will prepare a suggested announcement letter for employees under company management signature.
  • Initial group meeting is scheduled and held with employees to communicate the new wellness program and explain its benefits.
  • The in-depth analysis of the survey results with suggested educational programs is presented to company.

Three Wellness Education Options

Each month will focus on a theme from one of the 8 dimensions of wellness:

1x Month

Eleven themed group wellness education programs delivered monthly either in-person or via webinar from our Wellness Education Catalog.

One Health Fair mid-plan year for employees (replaces the 12th education class), their families, and/or clients (if desired).

$193 per employee, per YEAR

2x Month

Eleven themed group wellness education programs delivered monthly either in-person or via webinar from our Wellness Education Catalog PLUS one Experiential program per month for a total of 23 programs!  This could be a cooking demonstration, Yoga class, meditation, gardening or more!  

One Health Fair mid-plan year for employees, their families, and/or clients (if desired).

$313 per employee, per YEAR

4x Month

FORTY-SEVEN themed group wellness education programs or Experiential programs delivered 4x per month from our Wellness Education Catalog PLUS monthly meditation / mindfulness class!

One Health Fair mid-plan year for employees, their families, and/or clients (if desired).

$553 per employee, per YEAR

Our philosophy is wellness isn't WELLNESS if it's not done on a regular basis!
