We know your time is valuable and where you choose to spend it is a key component of living a happy, healthy & thriving life. That's why we take planning this event seriously. Our goal is to deliver the content, camaraderie, and collaboration that will matter in your every day life.

While most sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our website, we urge you to attend in person. So frequently we have the best of intentions, but never get around to watching the recording. If a topic is of interest to you, please attend in person.

We will have You Define Wellness network providers hosting a break out room on Zoom and you get to visit with one to experience their modality for about 15 minutes. We'll come back together and you choose another room to visit. We'll do this until our time is up!
