What happens after you say "YES!" to offering You Define Wellness?

EMPLOYER AGREEMENT

The first step is to design the plan you want to offer to your employees: frequencies, what will be included, etc. You can choose our pre-designed plans OR custom design one to meet your needs and budget.

EMPLOYEE INFORMATIONAL MEETING

After you sign the Employer Agreement with plan details, we will schedule and hold an employee informational meeting either in person or via Zoom. Our team will explain the program you've elected, answer questions, and collect applications or waivers.

INDIVIDUAL WELLBEING ASSESSMENT

If the plan you've selected includes the Individual Wellbeing Assessment, we will send enrolled employees a link to complete the assessment along with instructions to schedule their 90-minute one-on-one coaching call with a certified Wellness PathFinder.

FIRST MONTHLY SESSION

Based on the frequency of sessions you've selected, enrolled employees will choose and participate in the healthy living services they desire from our Wellness Center.

GROUP WELLNESS EDUCATION

Also based on the frequency you've selected, choose a group Wellness Talk from our library or let us create one for you! All enrolled employees will be invited to participate; an additional fee may be applied for non-enrolled employees and guests.
