About Kim

I love to help people feel their best! For the past 27 years, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families find tools that help them cope with life’s challenges.

A longtime wellness enthusiast, I have been coaching families and individuals in a variety of ways. I help people learn new things about themselves and others around them, to bring awareness, compassion, joy, and peace to their heart. I offer wellness coaching, which includes HeartMath, to help optimize performance and build resilience in today’s chaotic world.

I love to teach people how they can tap into their own intuition and internal resources to reach their full potential. I am known for my empathetic heart and listening ear. I have strong skills in problem solving and my experience has provided me with the wisdom to help others grow and become the person they desire to be.

What is my unique benefit? I look for gifts and strengths in my clients and always meet them where they are at. I am proud of the wisdom I have gained over the decades to be able to provide an emotionally safe environment for those that are seeking change. I am strength based and help you draw out your inner power to create hope and healing to get you unstuck and moving forward.

I am not a therapist or clinician, although I have partnered and work with them all. An empath, and highly sensitive person, I listen with compassion and empathy, honoring each person’s unique perspective. Along with being nurturing and supportive, I offer evidence-based strategies, whole-hearted ideas, and create space for problem solving any situation.

I have life experience to draw on to empower people to thrive in environments of change, challenge, and adversity.

I’ve been working with Kim for a few months now and I’m so glad that I was able to connect with her! I first attended a HeartMath® workshop and it was eye opening, so I decided to book an emotional healing session with Kim. To be able to take more control over my health & wellness through understanding how my body works, especially the heart-brain connection has made a big difference for me. Appointment Info

SCHEDULED COACHING PROGRAM APPOINTMENT:

  • If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you may forfeit points associated with the missed appointment.  While best efforts on the part of the network provider or PathFinder to re-schedule are encouraged, they are under no obligation to do so.

CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM COMMITMENT:

  • All program selections are final after a three (3) business day grace period after which all associated points are forfeited in the event of cancellation.  Business days is defined as Monday-Saturday with Sundays and national holidays excepted.
  • Cancellations must be in writing via the email address on your membership record with You Define Wellness and sent to info@YouDefineWellness.com prior to the end of the cancellation period indicated above.
  • Most coaching programs require a commitment of several months and this is to ensure you get the desired result(s) out of the program you selected.  If you decide to cancel this program prior to fulfillment of the commitment you are making, we ask that you first have a conversation with your coach and/or your Wellness PathFinder.  You Define Wellness will work with you to find a program that meets your needs.
Policies listed here take precedence but do not necessarily supersede established policies of the You Define Wellness network provider for their practices.
