About Kim

I love to help people feel their best! For the past 27 years, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of families find tools that help them cope with life’s challenges.

A longtime wellness enthusiast, I have been coaching families and individuals in a variety of ways. I help people learn new things about themselves and others around them, to bring awareness, compassion, joy, and peace to their heart. I offer wellness coaching, which includes HeartMath, to help optimize performance and build resilience in today’s chaotic world.

I love to teach people how they can tap into their own intuition and internal resources to reach their full potential. I am known for my empathetic heart and listening ear. I have strong skills in problem solving and my experience has provided me with the wisdom to help others grow and become the person they desire to be.

What is my unique benefit? I look for gifts and strengths in my clients and always meet them where they are at. I am proud of the wisdom I have gained over the decades to be able to provide an emotionally safe environment for those that are seeking change. I am strength based and help you draw out your inner power to create hope and healing to get you unstuck and moving forward.

I am not a therapist or clinician, although I have partnered and work with them all. An empath, and highly sensitive person, I listen with compassion and empathy, honoring each person’s unique perspective. Along with being nurturing and supportive, I offer evidence-based strategies, whole-hearted ideas, and create space for problem solving any situation.

I have life experience to draw on to empower people to thrive in environments of change, challenge, and adversity.

I can provide measurable outcomes using tools, technology, and assessments. I am strength based and help you draw out your inner power to create hope and healing, to get you unstuck and moving forward.

I am certified and trained to focus on the Present Moment. I help contemplate ideas and objectives moving forward as well as providing instant relief from day to day chaos. I draw out core values and empower your intuition to help you make self-directed, wise choices, to give you the life you have always wanted.

This is your journey, I would love to join you for a part of the walk!

“Kim has been a part of our family for nearly two years.  We began meeting with her on a personal level so our family could grow in the best possible direction.  We saw positive results and realized how much she could help our staff manage the chaos of the world we live in.

Finding guidance and counsel can be difficult these days. Giving our team an option to privately talk about life’s challenges was important to us. Kim agreed to go on retainer for our staff. Her candor and techniques are priceless. We highly recommend Kim.”
Tom – family man & entrepreneur

“HeartMath® is a great way to help me get to a calm state of mind during my day. I love how Kim taught the concepts so clearly and made it easy for me to benefit from the Heart Focused Breathing the first time I tried it.”

“The workshop was incredible. I loved how Kim explained everything in a way that made sense right away. She used real life stories and examples to make it easier to understand.”

“The workshop was so helpful. It was very useful information and Kim made it a very comfortable environment.”

After starting the HeartMath® meditation I have felt a lot calmer. I never thought that I would be doing meditation because I had tried in the past and it did not work. Kim made it easy. She is wonderful and really has a passion for what she teaches. I would highly recommend Kim and HeartMath®.

“Thank you for your time at our workshop. Kim helped simplify something so complex- it will be so useful!”

“I liked that the workshop was hands on because we all practiced the activity together.”

I’ve been working with Kim for a few months now and I’m so glad that I was able to connect with her! I first attended a HeartMath® workshop and it was eye opening, so I decided to book an emotional healing session with Kim. To be able to take more control over my health & wellness through understanding how my body works, especially the heart-brain connection has made a big difference for me. After pursuing traditional routes to my wellbeing, I was having a hard time finding the answers I was looking for and was not interested in spending time and money for little help aside from patching problems. This guided work on understanding my emotions, my heart and my brain in addition to paying more attention to nutrition is a path for me to truly take ownership of my wellbeing and focus on coherence. I couldn’t be more thankful and look forward to more helpful tips & tricks to navigate health & wellness for me and my family!
–Ashley B.

The HeartMath® techniques have helped me reduce stress in many areas of my life. I use them before meetings and presentations to help me focus and think more clearly. I tend to be indecisive, so I often use the techniques to find clarity when making decisions. It’s empowering to know that I can self-regulate my emotional state.
–Laura C.

Having never been a foster parent, I was nervous and excited at the same time. It didn’t take long for me to realize I needed professional advice and guidance to help me through this journey. My coach became my “lifesaver”. During our visits, she guided and supported me through my emotional ups and downs. I firmly believe every family should use the guidance and support of a coach. Kim was that professional for me with her caring, compassion, and excellence in her field.
–Sandra L.

Working with a coach has been of immense benefit for our family. It brought peace and harmony to our home by teaching us how to positively communicate. We learned how to de-escalate conflict, avoid confrontation, set boundaries and create a trusting relationship within the family by using empathy, patience and knowing the right timing. By being willing to try new and different methods, we noticed small steps bit by bit to improve behavior.
–Mike H.

Kim has been a much appreciated source of information and support. Each session she listens, asks questions, and provides feedback. She helps me refocus when I get caught up in the day to day interactions. She helps me see the positives when I tend to focus on the negatives. Each session she surprises me with yet another strategy to try—giving me hope for change. Most importantly, Kim cares. She cares about us as a society as a whole…how we care for our children and how we treat each other for the greater good. She cares deeply about who she works with. Paraphrasing Ghandi, Kim IS the change she wants to see…one person at a time.
