  • You will receive group coaching, as well as individual coaching (in levels 2 and 3). There will be guidance from Guest Coaches handpicked to add to your experience.
  • You will be provided with materials that you will continue to learn from long after you graduate from the program.
  • You will also receive weekly access to the Fearless Generations podcast every Monday night, and Terry Talks which air every weekday on Facebook, or they can come right to your email inbox.
  • In Level 3 you will also receive all of the Fearless Generations Step 1, 2, and 3 of their workshops Fearless Life and Change Your Life complimentary.
  • And, you will receive a certificate of completion from the program that you can frame with pride, as well as a charm that you can use in different ways to remind yourself of your accomplishments and all you learned during the program.

Program specifics:
We meet every first and third Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm PT. A second class will be available soon that will meet in the morning. Times will come soon. The class will consist of only 10 participants at a time.

There are two classes a month, both two hours long. We address the Step of the month and review the homework from the class before. You will have a partner each month, who will switch every month, allowing you to really get to know everyone in your class.

The first 2-hour session includes a group approach. You’ll be supported by Terry and Kelly, as well as your fellow participants, to define each step while doing exercises and group work. In between classes, you’ll have individual and partner work, which will further enhance your experience.

The second 2-hour session of the month will include accountability for how you worked your plan of action and practiced the Step. We will also have a Guest Coach come to expand your understanding of the monthly concepts and present the monthly tool. They will give you more ways to implement this work in your daily practice. This process, each month will move you closer and closer to a life centered in freedom.

You will have the month to work on yourself and get the information into your bones, as Rhonda Britten says.

The one-on-one coaching session available in Levels 2 and 3, will cement it even further on an individual level as you journey through the 12 Steps. This monthly session is with Terry or Kelly, your choice.

This program is at our level 3 option, all stated will be included.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM: This is a 12 month program however 11 months of points will pay for the entire 12 months

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION: Virtual/Zoom

FORMAT: Group meetings with individual 1:1 coaching sessions

INDIVIDUAL 1:1 COACHING: Included is one 1:1 one-hour coaching session per month with Kelly or Terry.

GROUP MEETINGS: The group program meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 5 to 7 pm Pacific Time (5pm PT | 6pm MT | 7pm CT | 8pm ET). There is partner and personal homework in between classes.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Included in the program are workshops available to attend throughout the year.

Terry A. Sayre, an Advanced Certified Fearless Living Coach and Advanced Certified Fearless Trainer, alongside with her partner and daughter Kelly Fox, an Advanced Certified Fearless Living Coach and Certified Fearless Trainer, bring you from where you are to where you want to be. They support you to
master your fear through skills and tools of Fearless Living, created by Rhonda Britten. They teach these skills in workshops and on their weekly podcast, where they share the 12 Steps to Freedom.

Terry, a retired elementary school teacher of 40 plus years, city council member, and mother to 5, grandmother to 21, and great-grandmother to 4, has a lot of life experience to pull from as well as knowledge to share.

Kelly has been a coach for 15 plus years and is kept busy with her 6 children.

These women are of different generations, they are raising different generations and their goal is to get you fearless regardless of your age. They know that as you implement the tools that they teach you, you’ll be able to have more confidence, be less frustrated, and take action on the things you have been procrastinating.

I have done a lot of personal growth, therapy, and work for a number of years as I love to learn, grow and keep striving to be a better person daily. After meeting both Kelly and Terry in a networking group, I decided to try out their program. I enrolled in their year-long program.

At first, I won’t lie, it was frustrating as the changes and progress seemed so much slower than what I wanted. By the 2nd month and lesson, I began to really see how the homework (used as practice in my daily life) and having a different partner monthly to go over the homework with, gave me a really different perspective, and more great ideas on how to use this new tool! The extra shared reading offered on our private FB group was also very helpful in really understanding the topic from so many different examples!

The changes each month, and the work- took effort. But, anything in life worthwhile is going to take effort. I started to see that each lesson built a new muscle so I was strong enough and had enough information to learn the next one and it became exciting the more I practiced each lesson! The 12-month program is such a valuable way to overcome fear, learn about myself, and understand why I behave in a certain way when scared! I highly recommend this program to anyone who just wants to find an understanding of how to feel the fear, understand its purpose for you and do it anyway with joy and purpose!

It’s great to get these tips and reminders from Coaches Kelly and Terry, both very warm, open, and wise Fearless Living coaches. And doing the exercises and taking the journey with like-minded women provides support that is both energizing and comforting.

SCHEDULED COACHING PROGRAM APPOINTMENT:

  • If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you may forfeit points associated with the missed appointment.  While best efforts on the part of the network provider or PathFinder to re-schedule are encouraged, they are under no obligation to do so.

CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM COMMITMENT:

  • All program selections are final after a three (3) business day grace period after which all associated points are forfeited in the event of cancellation.  Business days is defined as Monday-Saturday with Sundays and national holidays excepted.
  • Cancellations must be in writing via the email address on your membership record with You Define Wellness and sent to info@YouDefineWellness.com prior to the end of the cancellation period indicated above.
  • Most coaching programs require a commitment of several months and this is to ensure you get the desired result(s) out of the program you selected.  If you decide to cancel this program prior to fulfillment of the commitment you are making, we ask that you first have a conversation with your coach and/or your Wellness PathFinder.  You Define Wellness will work with you to find a program that meets your needs.
