In this short coaching program you will learn how to resolve your own stress and emotional difficulties anytime on your own.

As humans we forget that our natural state is to feel a sense of calm and no stress. Yes, we have emotions, but our bodies are naturally built to feel the stress, work through it quickly, and return to a natural state of calm.

While starting and growing a business or developing your career path there are so many aspects that can feel heavy on your shoulders. These stressors and tensions are just distractions that keep you from fully being present with your life.

The Coaching:

-2 sessions each about 60 minutes each

-Learn how emotions work and how to resolve an emotion in the moment you feel it

-Learn how to resolve emotional difficulties even a long time after being triggered

-Coaching on any questions or difficulties you have had doing Self-EmRes on your own

-When using Self-EmRes and the emotional stress reappears, you will feel more calm and able to handle the stress easier

What is Emotional Resolution® (EmRes®)

Difficult or stuck emotions are just those everyday things that bother us or keep us from feeling completely calm. We do not need to continue to put up with these feelings of anger, anxiety, stress, irritations, or fear, no matter how small we think they are. Even small irritations can affect our health and wellbeing.

When we take the time to pay attention to the physical sensations in our body when we feel stressed, and allow them to go through this natural process (EmRes®), uninterrupted,  the body can fully integrate the emotion. A sense of calm is left. This calm will remain, even when the same stress reappears again through your everyday life. Your innate wisdom now understands that it does not need to react with an emotional response, such as anxiety or anger.
