During this 30-45 minute event we discuss at a high level how employee self-care is not only good for the employee but also the business.

In our hustle and bustle world it’s easy to get caught in the rat race. Whether it’s juggling work assignments, family, community involvement, or other commitments, we tend to forget about caring for ourselves. For us to be effective in all those things we do, we must first take care of ourselves. During this event we discuss how employee well-being is not only good for the employee but also for the business.

Linda and Rod spent many years on the corporate treadmill balancing work and personal life. They personally saw the impact on people and the business when people chose not to or were unable to find the time to care for themselves. As life & business coaches, they now enjoy leveraging their experience to help others.
