Shipping Policy
My work is done remotely on Zoom and recorded, no commute. I have clients all over the world. I use USPS to mail handprint kits to clients.
Refund Policy
No refunds once hand analysis is done (and no one has ever asked for one. With coaching, if client quits, no refund. If I quit, I will refund amortized value of remaining sessions less cost of upfront work.
