Mindful Momentum Coaching PLUS Personal Training

In addition to a 30-minute coaching call weekly for laser coaching toward your goals (*determined together in our first session), up to (3) 30-minute personal training sessions weekly, and discounts toward other services from Heart and Sole Fitness & Wellness, coaching in the Mindful Momentum Community includes access to the private Facebook community (recorded workouts, relevant teaching videos, curated content toward participants goals) and the opportunity to engage, and request specific content related to what you’re interested in/working on.  You would also receive access to my e-learning course, “Movement, Mindset, and Menu for Momentum towards Your Goals.”

We all have “life” that gets in the way—schedules, work, kids, energy levels, finances, health, ability, interest, and so many other reasons that hold us back from being our best selves or getting to where we want to be in our physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual life.  As a speaker, body positive ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I come alongside groups of all sizes or one-on-one to create unique programs to fit your needs—and personal training is just one way to accomplish your goals.  After completing your initial fitness assessment/intake paperwork, I am able to develop a workout program for you of enjoyable movement and learning that we can engage in together and provide advice for the exercise you can be doing outside of our time together that fits your lifestyle.

Why Heart and Sole? This is my passion–and I am my own brand. I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist out of my own desire to understand the human body, the relationship between habits and physical training, and the impact that endurance fueling and everyday nutrition has on my own body in my own athletic pursuits. In my own life, I have lost over 200lbs through balanced nutrition and endurance sports–not through restrictive diets or other means of drastic weight loss. I believe in a holistic pursuit of balance where we strive for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness to be our best selves possible.

(*new clients must complete intake paperwork prior to first session to ensure background information is collected in advance to have productive and informative sessions together)

Refund Policy


  1. Sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
  2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with Heart and Sole Fitness & Wellness.
  3. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training or fitness nutrition packages within 12 months from the date of the contract. Sessions are void after this time period.
  4. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Life happens, 24-hour notice is appreciated for cancellation/reschedule for sessions, but communication is king!  Reach out and let's work it out.  As long as communication happens BEFORE the session, Heart and Sole Fitness & Wellness will try to make all practicable efforts to make sure you do not lose your session and can reschedule within 12-months
