Mental Fitness Coaching is based on Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence program, a New York Times bestseller.
- Phone App: This program comes with the Positive Intelligence phone app with weekly videos and coaching experiences.
- Bonus Resources: Heart Rate Variability and Coherence protocol coaching based on HearthMath Institute’s 30 years of research.
Requirements: Participants take the Positive Intelligence assessment and share results with Ed Bostick.
Outcome: Increase Window of Tolerance (Fight, Flight, or Freeze responses) to address day-to-day issues as they arise and to regulate emotions for clear thinking, decision making, and better business outcomes.
Program Structure: The Mental Fitness program is 24 weeks, with the opportunity to continue on a monthly basis.
- Week one introduces The Program model based on Shirzad Chamine’s work with Executives using Factor Analysis: Getting to Know Your Saboteurs.
- Week two reviews your strengths based on your assessment: Getting to Know Your Sage Powers.
- Subsequent weeks are two 30-minute coaching sessions developing your strengths using your Sage Powers to Overcome your Saboteur hijackers.
