Herbal medicines may be returned, and will be refunded according to usage amount.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are subject to a $50 charge.
If you show up later than 15 minutes of your appointment start time, you will need to reschedule.
