A single Self-Care session can be used to find relief from a particular trigger, memory, or situation.  This session focuses on just the emotion, sensation, or feelings that are bothersome.  Clients will learn a basis technique to use to manage any future similar bothersome feelings.  Examples of  common issues worked on include fear of flying, public speaking, and workplace relationships.

Prior to your self-care session, you will receive a complimentary 30-minute exploratory session with Robert to develop your care plan and answer any questions you may have.
