When you quit using tobacco with someone else, you save us time and you increase your already amazing changes of success. For this reason we heavenly discount the second session. We see the both of you at the same time, explain everything, guide you both into trance and help the two of you become smoke free. Because you have each other for support it’s much easier to stay smoke free every day. While it is in the realm of possibility, as of July 2020, we have never had to do a backup session for any couples tobacco clients.

Refund Policy
No Refund Policy. We do not offer money back guarantees on any of our services. You are paying for
time and expertise as a hypnotist is considered a guide and/or facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by
making a commitment to allowing yourself to be guided into a state of hypnosis and accept the suggestions
we craft for you. No one can make you do something against your true will. We sincerely want you to
succeed and we pledge our efforts to help you to the best of our abilities.
Prepaid Sessions. The above Cancellation Policy also applies to any programs without prepaid
sessions. Except for emergencies or bad weather, 24-hour notice is required. Failure to keep appointments
or non-emergent short-notice cancellations may result in the forfeiture of a prepaid session. No refunds will
be given for unused prepaid sessions. All prepaid sessions are non-transferable and will expire after 12
months.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy. Our time is our income and our hours are by appointment. Your time slot is
reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session. A 24-hour cancellation
notice is required, except in an emergency or bad weather. If you must cancel or reschedule due to an
emergency, (including illness), please notify us as soon as possible. Thank you for your consideration.
