Hi! My name is Michelle Jolly. God created each of us as individuals who He gave unique gifts to share with the world. Therefore my coaching is unique to your lifestyle, goals and how much work you are ready to put into your health. Everything in your life effects your health, so all areas of your life are fair game. Think of me as your accountability partner, wellness resource, and inspiration to get you to a life you love!
Coaching sessions can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via zoom.

Getting Started with Health Coaching
Where are you, now? The first thing we do is an evaluation of the satisfaction levels of the 12 areas of your life (life, work, play, etc.). We also talk about your health history.
This is a judgment-free zone, and that includes you not judging yourself. From here, we determine your goals.
6-Month Coaching Journey
After we evaluate where you are on your health journey and create some goals, we set up the coaching session schedule (twice a month, plus access via email and messaging throughout the month).
I’m your coach, your accountability partner, and inspiration.
Each session, we create 2-4 action items on what you will be working over the next couple of weeks.
Areas of Health Coaching
Coaching sessions could include the following, but not limited to:
- Finding easy, healthy recipes to make meal planning and meal prep quick and pain free.
- Introducing cooking tips and tricks for quick easy meals.
- Determining appropriate special “diets” for example gluten-free, dairy-free, ketogenic, paleo.
- Incorporating movement you enjoy into your life
- Reliving stress and building confidence
- Bringing joy into all you do
- Introducing self-care techniques into your day
- Working to make God a focus in your life
Together with God, we look at simple ways to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life to create a life you will love where you are able to do all the things God designed you to do and be!

Nutrition – what to eat, how to eat, etc.
Mindset – seeing the positive, believing you can do it, trusting yourself
Faith building – integrating a spiritual practice into your day vs just on Sundays
Follow-thru inspiration – I know what I need to do, but I don’t do it
Energy to run a marathon or take a few flights of stairs without feeling winded
Flexibility to play with your kids or grandkids on the floor
Endurance to bike 10 – 20 miles with friends
