Here’s how we do it (and we do it together): we combine healing modalities that work in tandem. We use the hands-on therapeutic bodywork methods of Acupressure, Craniosacral, and Zero Balancing.

You’ll also learn meditation techniques that you can use on your own at home to more easily slip into your calm in times of stress.

90-minute Introductory Body-Mind Healing Session

After completing a health history form and discussing your goals, you will experience healing through the following:

1) Therapeutic bodywork modalities including Acupressure, Craniosacral, and Zero Balancing.

2) Body-centered mindfulness and self-care techniques that empower you to achieve your goals.

3) Evaluation and instruction in mindful movement to assist in reducing pain and strain patterns, improve posture and help you move with more ease, safety, and comfort.

What is Acupressure?

Acupressure is an ancient form of therapeutic bodywork used by early healers in China and Asia over 3,000 years ago to assist in recovery from illness and promote wellness.

Gentle finger pressure points are placed on acupoints which are found along energetic meridians of the body.  This is similar to acupuncture but without needles.

What are the Benefits of Acupressure?

  • Balancing, nourishing, and recharging the whole person.
  • Addressing body symptoms while promoting healing.

What is Craniosacral Therapy? 

Craniosacral therapy is a form of therapeutic bodywork in which the therapist applies light, pressure using fingers and hands to specific areas of the body.  The pressure points and gentle handholds are applied along the spine (central nervous system) from the tailbone (sacrum) to the head (cranium). 

The goal is to address the tension points along nerve pathways to relax the nervous system which in turn releases soft tissues that surround every nerve, muscle, and organ in the body. 

What are the Benefits of Craniosacral?

Since Craniosacral is a healing method that works with your cranium (head), and your sacral area (tailbone and low back), you’ll feel a huge relief from pain in several areas. Also, here are some benefits of this healing modality:

What is Zero Balancing?

Zero Balancing is a form of therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the connection between the skeletal system and bone energy. Finger pressure points or fulcrums are placed on areas of tension that directly or indirectly connected to the bone and the skeletal structure.  The fulcrums serve as balancing points that assist the body in releasing tension patterns. Soft tissues within the body are then able to relax and realign while the internal energy system realigns and reorganizes.
