You Define Wellness PathFinders support individuals in meeting their healthy living goals by…

  • Reviewing your Assessment;
  • Making observations from your responses on it;
  • Identifying your primary goals for today; and,
  • Helping you create a plan to maximize your benefits in the Entrepreneurial Success Consortium’s Personal Development Plan through You Define Wellness.

Wellness PathFinder Overview

The You Define Wellness PathFinder program is a unique support system to help you plan and achieve your goals.

  • You will have four appointments during the course of your participation in the Entrepreneurial Success Consortium (ESC) program powered by The YOU Brand.
    • The initial appointment to review the results from your Individual WellBeing Assessment – this call could last 90 minutes.
    • Two check-in appointments at months 5 and 8 – this call is shorter; plan on approximately 30 minutes.
    • A final appointment in month 12 to review your participation in the program and direct you to a final individual assessment to chart your progress.
  • The cost of all PathFinder appointments outlined above are INCLUDED in the ESC program as is the cost of the Individual Assessments.  No additional monies are due.
    • If you wish to have additional support and meet with your PathFinder more frequently than outlined above, you can use 25 points for an appointment with them.

We want to reiterate that we ensure confidentiality in both your assessment responses and consultations with the PathFinders.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

Appointment Info

SCHEDULED COACHING PROGRAM APPOINTMENT:

  • If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you may forfeit points associated with the missed appointment.  While best efforts on the part of the network provider or PathFinder to re-schedule are encouraged, they are under no obligation to do so.

CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM COMMITMENT:

  • All program selections are final after a three (3) business day grace period after which all associated points are forfeited in the event of cancellation.  Business days is defined as Monday-Saturday with Sundays and national holidays excepted.
  • Cancellations must be in writing via the email address on your membership record with You Define Wellness and sent to info@YouDefineWellness.com prior to the end of the cancellation period indicated above.
  • Most coaching programs require a commitment of several months and this is to ensure you get the desired result(s) out of the program you selected.  If you decide to cancel this program prior to fulfillment of the commitment you are making, we ask that you first have a conversation with your coach and/or your Wellness PathFinder.  You Define Wellness will work with you to find a program that meets your needs.
Policies listed here take precedence but do not necessarily supersede established policies of the You Define Wellness network provider for their practices.

Refund Policy

Network Member/Member+: Declination of Appointment. In the event applicant for Network Member is declined for any reason, the initial Network Member fee paid will be returned to applicant less payment processing fees. In the case of Network Member+ declination, fees paid will be returned less due diligence expenses incurred by YDW. The application fee is non-refundable.

Products sold by You Define Wellness: All sales are final.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Network Member/Member+: Continuation of Membership.  Network Member may terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, with or without providing reasons for termination, upon providing YDW with thirty (30) days prior written notice.

Products sold by You Define Wellness:

  • Monthly employee benefit programs:  We request thirty (30) days prior written notice; however, failure to remit payment on our monthly invoice will constitute termination of the program.
