Imagine taking 60 minutes of your day, to deeply relax and take this time just for you. To check out, tune inward and feel peace.
In your Reiki session, you’ll be in a location where you can be quiet in your home or wherever you may be. There is nothing for you but to breathe and lay quietly.
When you schedule your initial appointment, Michel will call you for a phone consultation. This is an opportunity for Michel to answer your specific questions about Reiki and the session.
You’ll talk with Michel, your Reiki practitioner, at the beginning and at the end of each session by phone or video. This provides an opportunity for you to share your intentions for the session, and to check in at the end to share impressions about what you experienced and noticed. During the Reiki session, you’ll disconnect from your video or phone call.

(Note: you will be asked to enter a credit card to hold the appointment for you, however it will not be charged as you will be utilizing the Employee Wellness Benefit Program to cover the complete cost for the 60 minute session)
