Participating as a provider for coaching or personal services package in The YOU Brand/ESC program requires certain rules and guidelines outside of our normal agreement that you accepted upon joining You Define Wellness.

As such, an Addendum is required to be electronically signed by all who wish to include their offerings in this special program.

If you choose to not sign this Addendum, we will reluctantly have to deactivate your submitted offerings for The YOU Brand/ESC program.
