The mission of The HUMAN-istic RESOURCES Show is to promote a more human-centered and holistic approach to human resources management. The show will educate and inspire Human Resource professionals and business leaders to prioritize the well-being, growth, and development of their employees, while also achieving business goals and objectives.

Specifically, the show explores topics such as employee engagement, work-home balance and harmony, health and well-being (including mental health), talent development, and ethical leadership, among others. It will feature interviews and presentations with experts from the You Define Wellness network and guest experts in the fields of HR, psychology, and organizational development (and more).

Our overarching goal is to shift the focus of HR towards creating a workplace culture that values and supports the whole person. By promoting a more humanistic approach to HR, the show aims to foster a more positive and fulfilling workplace experience for employees, while also driving better business outcomes and performance.
