How strong is your immune system?

Anyone who knows me knows I am adamant about protecting our immune systems.  Not just during a pandemic but all year round.  Our immune system works for us 24/7/365 so how do you feed it? 

Eating a healthy diet and moving our bodies, staying away from unhealthy people (we all know someone who is sick all the time), and boosting our immune system are ways to feed it.  The very basic activity is to make sure you get some Vitamin-C in your body.  There is a school of thought…I get sick…and then I drink more orange juice or I take something to charge my immune system.   How about being proactive? 

Making sure your immune system is happy and healthy all the time without question.

Immune health has become a hot topic of late and rightfully so.  It is my hope that you take your immune health more seriously for the every day “bugs” that pass your way to the more serious and severe colds, flus, and illnesses.  What do you have to lose? 

I don’t know about you but getting sick slows me down, drags on my energy, makes me less productive, and takes me out of commission for a few days.  I’d rather have it be a few days versus several weeks or even months.  It can be that for you too…just a few days…and then you are back to being your old self.   What a concept!
