Plan Membership

What is the cost of the Healthy Living & Wellbeing Plan by You Define Wellness?

The Plan Membership fee for point-based levels is dependent on the number of points you select for services, coaching or products.

If all three levels comprise the process of change, why do you allow people to pick and choose which level(s) they want in their membership?

We offer choice because of who we are and what we stand for… and that evidenced in our name: YOU Define Wellness!  We recognize that one size does not fit all and allow you to tailor membership to meet your needs.

Can I cancel at any time and receive a refund?

Yes, although we will be sad to see you go, we understand needs change so you can cancel at any time. Within 10 days of notification of cancellation, we will refund all unused monies paid on a pro-rata basis less a $20 administration fee and funds paid out to providers in redeemed points for services, coaching & products you selected.

Is this program wellness insurance?

We are not an insurance company, nor are our programs insurance. Our program is a healthy living & wellbeing membership plan without financial risk to any party beyond the price of our program.

I already have the Healthy Living Savings Card by You Define Wellness; how does that help me with this new program?

If you own the Healthy Living Savings Card, contact us as we have converted it to the Learn It membership and will give you lifetime access! You can add other membership options; contact us for details and pricing.

What type of services are offered through You Define Wellness' network providers?

We lost count after adding more than 130 modalities (types of services)!  Within You Define Wellness you’ll discover (with examples):

  • Hands-on care (massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture)
  • Holistic coaches (naturopathy, hair analysis, homeopathy, essential oils)

Do you conduct background checks on your providers? How will I know they are reputable?

We vett all of our providers on business reputation, criminal history, and disciplinary actions or stipulations on licenses they hold that are regulated by their state of residence.
