Employer Sales

The Sales Consultant – Employer Groups generates sales for the organization to business owners and/or employee benefit decision makers and acts as a liaison between the eventual client and the organization to maintain the client relationship.

  • Generate sales leads and turn them into opportunities for sales.
  • Contact potential clients via telephone, email and face-to-face.
  • Work to personal KPI’s and revenue targets.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients in order to evaluate needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within the market.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure all administrative duties relating to sales is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to find opportunities to cross sell or deliver the highest caliber of care and attention to clients.
