EFT to Deal with Negative Emotions

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an amazing technique for dealing with many negative emotions including, stress, anxiety, anger, and/ or cravings. I use it combined with hypnosis in my practice, however, some practitioners use it as their sole modality for positive change. EFT is it is easy enough that anyone can learn in order to help them deal with those stressful situations that happen in every day life. During this class attendees will learn the basic EFT sequence and mantras to help them flush negative emotions so they can work through problems instead of worrying about them.
