Yoga and Grief

Peggy Green - Thee Grief Specialist

Written by Peggy Green The Grief Specialist

It is OK to BE OK

My friend who lost her son at sea several months before my son died by suicide has been publishing Saturday Meditations. These are very similar to what I share in my Thursday Thoughts. I found myself studying her just like when she was a new-born.

I’ve been working extremely hard on a project and presented it a last month. Yesterday we had a meeting to answer some questions regarding the program.
