Every one of us is an energetic being. Every object, person, sound, and thought we encounter are also made up of energy. When we encounter a stimulus, such as an object or sound, our energy responds to it. It may be a positive, neutral, or negative response. Given that we encounter thousands of stimuli per day, our energy is constantly adapting to the world around us.
