Broker/Referral Relationship Builder

You can join our team as a Sales Consultant or simply offer You Define Wellness to your clients.

The information below is for those who choose to join our team and build relationships with insurance agents or other referral partners.

Expectations if you join our team:
  • Recruit and train insurance brokers and referral partners.
  • Generate sales leads and turn them into opportunities for sales.
  • Work to personal KPI’s and revenue targets.
  • Arrange meetings with potential partners and their clients in order to evaluate needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within the market.
  • Build long-term relationships with insurance brokers and referral partners.
  • Ensure all administrative duties relating to sales is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to find opportunities to cross sell or deliver the highest caliber of care and attention to clients.

We will provide at no cost:

    • Ongoing training: weekly motivational communications, weekly internet video training meetings, and monthly in-person training.
    • Field training as needed provided by Team Leaders.
